Magnesium 3 forms at 360mg* + 1.4mg Vitamin B6. The 3 forms of Magnesium used: Bisglycinate, Citrate and Oxide, including a marine component, ensure good bioavailability.

The tablet has a prolonged release for gradual diffusion in the intestine, enabling better absorption. Magnesium¹ helps :

Directions for use Sante Verte Magnesium + B6 3 Forms 360 mg Prolonged Release 60 Tablets

Take 2 tablets in the morning, or 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening, with a large glass of water.
