Use Vichy Capital Soleil Cellular Protection Oil SPF50+ before any exposure to the sun. Apply to all exposed areas of the face and body, and to the ends of the hair if necessary. During the day, reapply regularly to maintain your level of protection: every 2 hours minimum, and systematically after swimming, rubbing and sporting activities.
Caution: too much sun is dangerous for your health. Even if you use a sun protection product, don't expose yourself for too long, and avoid peak sunlight periods (11 a.m.-4 p.m.).
