Biocanina Shampoo for Dogs and Cats 2 Months and + 200 ml is a shampoo that treats infestation by fleas, ticks and lice of dogs and cats of 2 months and +.

Directions for use Biocanina Shampoo for Dogs and Cats 2 Months and + 200 ml
Use approximately 1,5 ml of shampoo per kg of body weight (1,5 mg of tetramethrin per kg corresponding to approximately 25 ml of shampoo for an animal of 15 kgs.
Wet the animal completely with warm water. Apply the shampoo to the back and neck, taking care to avoid the eyes.
Rub vigorously, adding water if necessary, to obtain a rich lather to spread over the animal's body.
Leave on for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Repeat the treatment twice a week if necessary.
Avoid contact with the animal's eyes or tail. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
Do not use other pyrethroid insecticides simultaneously.
Do not use on sick or convalescent animals or those with extensive skin lesions.
Use in pregnant or lactating animals only after evaluation of the benefit/risk ratio by the veterinarian.
Signs of intoxication: tremors, muscle weakness, hypersecretion, respiratory distress. In case of nervous disorders, wash with warm water and soap to eliminate the remains of the product. If the disorders persist, consult a veterinarian.
Undesirable effects observed in both species: lethargy, ataxia, tremors or even convulsions, vomiting, diarrhea (associated or not with anorexia).
Wash hands after use.
Do not smoke, drink or eat during application.
Avoid contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
If irritation persists, consult a physician.
Keep away from food and beverages including those for animals.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Tetramethrin may be toxic to aquatic organisms. Do not allow dogs to swim in waterways for days after application.
Empty containers or any leftover product should be disposed of in accordance with current waste disposal practices.
Due to the toxicity of pyrethroids to fish, avoid contamination of water pionts.
Do not store at temperatures above 25°C.
