These polyurethane foam-based ear protectors are soft on your ears and do not cause irritation, so you can keep them in place for as long as you need without feeling any discomfort.

Form the earplug by rolling it with your fingers. Pull the auricle upwards to make it easier to insert. Insert the earplug while keeping it compressed. In a few seconds, it will fit by itself.
