Choosing the right size: For 70% of users, the Large size fits perfectly. The Small/Medium size is recommended for people with narrow nostrils
The dilator should be rinsed before and after use.
During your first use, look in a mirror to ensure the dilator is inserted correctly. It is properly positioned when the two wings spread the nostrils apart and the connector linking the two wings makes firm contact with the nasal septum. Each dilator can be used for a period of 3 months and must be replaced after that time.
