Scientific name: Arnica montana L

Family Asteraceae (Asteraceae)

Part used: dried flower

Main constituents: oleic (omega 9) and linoleic (omega 6) acids, palmitic and stearic acids, sesquiterpene lactones.

Origin: Europe

Arnica or "Falling Herb" is without doubt the most famous of the mountain plants. It is found in the Vosges, the Alps and the Pyrenees where its golden yellow flowers bloom in high altitude meadows. Arnica oil macerate is obtained by macerating the flowers in sunflower oil.

Cutaneous application. Avoid contact with the eyes. Wash your hands well before and after use. Do not apply on a wound

Do not use on pregnant and breastfeeding women
