All products in the 3M Nexcare ColdHot range are heat-sealed envelopes containing a non-toxic soft gel.

These pads can be stored in the freezer so they are always ready to use.

ColdHot Comfort pads can be heated in a microwave oven on low power.

Use: In the microwave or water bath for hot use, in the refrigerator or freezer for cold use. Supplied with a protective cover.

Precautions for use:

- do not apply without a protective cover

- do not apply on fragile skin

- check the temperature of the cushion with the back of your hand before application.
