Description:

There is only one size: Hip circumference from 82 to 125 cm.

Indications :

• Sacroiliac pain

Features:

• Adjustable support level and additional straps for proper support.
• Two abdominal support bands of different sizes allowing the belt to be worn until the end of the pregnancy (one band corresponding to a waist size < 106 cm, the second to a waist size > 106 cm).
• Abdominal lining made of bamboo fibre fabric for exceptional softness.
• Centering tabs for better ergonomics.
• 2 hand loops.
• Height of the belt: 21 cm.

Belt adjustment:

One of the two abdominal support bands is already placed on the belt. It is the one corresponding to a waist size < 106 cm. If your waist circumference is greater than 106 cm:

• Remove the abdominal band that is placed on the belt, and replace it with the second abdominal support band.
• Using one of the two velcro straps, attach it to the back of the belt. The two labels must face the same direction.
• Please make sure that the point of the "V" on the middle of the band should be pointing down.

Fitting:

• Open the belt on one side. The point of the "V" must point downwards.
• Insert your hand into the hand loop to position and adjust the belt.
• Place the back part of the belt on your back: make sure that the lower end of the belt reaches the gluteal groove.
• Close the belt and adjust it: the "V" must be in the vertical axis of the navel.
• Check that the belt is well centered on the spine. If it is not, adjust it using the centering tabs located on the back. These should be positioned in the middle of each buttock.
• If necessary, tighten the belt.

Adjustments :

• Adjust the support level of the belt by pulling the additional straps simultaneously.
• It is also possible to modify the position of the pads located in the back in order to support one area more than the other. Indeed, if the pads are positioned high, it is the upper back that will be supported, if they are positioned lower, it is the lower back that will be supported.
• In the case of sciatica it is possible to support the painful side more actively by changing the settings of the additional strap on the same side.

Care :

• Machine wash at 30°C (delicate cycle without spinning). Close the belt tightly before putting it in the washing machine to avoid damaging it during washing.
• Dry it flat, away from a heat source.
