The LPMF Anti-Hemorrhage Cushion is a hemostatic cushion designed to replace manual compression for external arterial or venous hemorrhage.
Once the injured person is lying down, apply the cushion to the wound and maintain compression. Roll up the bandage, leaving the bandage overhanging on either side. Check for pulse sensitivity, and if the pulse is no longer sensitive downstream of the wound, adjust the bandage tension until sufficient pressure is achieved.
Open the pouch only when necessary.
