DoloColmyl Irritable Bowel Syndrome 30 capsules is a medical device designed to relieve the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) in adults and children over the age of 12. It comes in the form of capsules containing natural mineral clay and simeticone.
Dedicated to relieving symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, DoloColmyl improves digestive comfort in cases of intestinal pain, gas and bloating, as well as transit disorders.
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a functional disorder of the digestive system responsible for abdominal pain, bloating and transit disorders, manifested by episodes of constipation, diarrhea or an alternation of the two.
DoloColmyl is based on a combination of a natural mineral clay and simeticone:
- Bentonite, a naturally-occurring mineral clay, lines the intestinal wall, forming a protective layer. This barrier helps limit contact with irritating substances, thus improving digestive comfort in the event of transit disorders;
- Simeticone facilitates the formation of small gas bubbles in the intestine, helping to evacuate them. It thus helps reduce abdominal pain, gas and bloating.
Directions for use DoloColmyl Irritable bowel syndrome 30 capsules
DoloColmyl should be taken orally. The recommended dose for adults and children aged 12 and over is 2 capsules (maximum) 3 times a day for 2 to 4 weeks. DoloColmyl should be taken with or after a meal. The capsule should be swallowed whole with a full glass of water (200 ml).
Do not use DoloColmyl for more than 30 days in any one period.
Storage: Store at 5-25°C in a dry, dark place, in original packaging and out of the reach of children.
Cautions: Do not take DoloColmyl if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not chew or bite into capsules. Capsules must not dissolve in the mouth. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 12. DoloColmyl should not be taken at the same time as medication.
