Directions for use Thera Pearl Kids compress hot or cold color Drake

Hot therapy: Heat in the microwave for the time indicated opposite and test the temperature of the pack. Heat for an additional 3 seconds, if needed, until desired temperature is reached.

Cold therapy: Freeze for at least 2 hours.

Recommended heating time for: 700 Watts: about 13 seconds. 1000 Watts: about 11 seconds.
