How to use the
Syntholkiné patches?
1- Remove the protective film from the patch.
2- Apply the adhesive side directly to clean, dry skin, on the painful area (lower back, shoulders, neck...), pressing firmly.
3- The patch starts to heat up after a few minutes and provides long-lasting heat.
4- Remove the patch by gently lifting one end.
Do not open the sachet until you are ready to use it
It is not necessary to shake the patch
Do not use the patch for more than 8 hours on the same area in a 24-hour period.
Do not use more than one patch per day on the same area.

Do not use the Syntholkiné heating patch:
- If you have ever had an allergic reaction to a heating patch.

- On bruises or bumps within 48 hours of injury.
