Econazole Sandoz L.P. 150 mg Extended-Release Ovule is a member of the family of anti-infectives (treatment of infections) and antiseptics for gynecological use.

Econazole 1% Mylan cream is a topical antifungal medication indicated for the treatment of mycoses or skin conditions caused by fungi such as candidiasis, dermatophytitis, pytiriasis versicolor.
In 100g of cream: econazole nitrate.............................. 1g
Other components are: Polyoxyethylene glycol 300 and 1500 and ethylene glycol stearates, light liquid parrafine, oleic macrogolglycerides, perfume PCV 1676 (contains in particular butylhydroxytoluene (E321)), benzoic acid (E210), butylhydroxyanisole (E320), purified water
List of excipients with a known effect: benzoic acid (E210), butylated hydroxytoluene (E321), butylated hydroxyanisole (E320).
The antifungal cream is applied by cutaneous way on the affected areas and their periphery, at a rate of 2 times per day, on a clean and dry skin.
For an effectiveness of the product, the cream must be massaged for a complete penetration.
The tube must be closed again after its use.
The duration of a fungal affection depends on the type of mycosis and lasts from 2 to 4 weeks, but can be longer according to the localization (nail).
For effective treatment, the cream should be applied daily.
Do not double the dose of Econazole cream if you forget to use it
The cream should not be applied in case of known allergy to econazole, related substances (imidazoles) or any of the other components of this medicine.
It should not be applied around the eyes. In addition, the skin should not be washed with acidic soap, as this promotes the development of candidiasis.
