Noctaphyt 3 Sleep Tri-Layer, resulting from Herbesan research, is a food supplement based on 6 plants + Melatonin. The three-layer tablet acts on the 3 main natural phases of sleep.

For its three-layer tablet, Herbesan has chosen to use the patented SEPISMART SR technology, a complex of natural origin

  • Layer 1: Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Valerian helps to fall asleep and contributes to physical and mental well-being.
  • Layer 2: Eschscholtzia helps to maintain the quality of sleep and Passionflower contributes to a peaceful sleep. This layer contains 9 mg of SEPISMART SR.
  • Layer 3: Passionflower contributes to relaxation and Hawthorn helps to reduce nervousness. Lemon balm contributes to a good mood! This layer contains 70 mg of SEPISMART SR.

1 tablet per day in the evening before bedtime with a glass of water.

Precautions for use: For adults only. Not recommended for prolonged use. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use during the first trimester of pregnancy. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Not recommended in case of allergy to plants of the Passifloraceae and Lamiaceae families. Not recommended in case of hepatic or renal insufficiency and in case of disease of the immune system. Not recommended in case of simultaneous use of drugs, especially those with sedative and antidepressant effects. Do not drive a car or operate machinery for hours after taking the product.
