C Zen nuit Chronospray with sweeteners provides highly assimilable melatonin, for rapid absorption in the oral mucosa. It also contains essential oils.

Practical, its spray format allows you to take it without water at bedtime or when waking up at night, but also when travelling. One spray contains 0.5 mg of melatonin and you can take up to 3 sprays for a reinforced action.

From 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime,falling asleep is facilitated. The effects of jet lag are reduced with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg of melatonin, to be taken before going to bed on the first day of the journey and then over the few days following arrival at your destination.
