Directions for use and dosage of DROSETUX

This medicine is best taken outside of meals, and at bedtime to calm nighttime coughs.

Usual dosage :

  • Adult: 1 tablespoon, 2 or 3 times a day.

  • Child over 5 years: 1 teaspoon, 3 to 5 times per day.

  • Child under 5 years: 1/2 teaspoon, 3 or 4 times a day.

Advice

Simple measures can calm dry coughs: hot drinks and humidification of the air.
