Lehning's homeopathic medicine L72 is traditionally used in sleep disorders related to :

- nervousness: emotionality, stress,

- an anxious state.

This medicine is reserved for adults and children over 30 months. Take L72 Troubles du Sommeil preferably outside of mealtime:

Adult and child over 12 years: 2 tablets at noon, before dinner at bedtime, for up to 2 weeks.

Child of more than 30 months: 1 tablet at midday, before dinner and at bedtime, during maximum 10 days.

For children from 30 months to 6 years old, dilute the tablet in a little water before taking it to avoid any risk of false route.
