- Lehning L107 orodispersible tablets, are used in the adjuvant treatment of acute gastroenteritis. It is a homeopathic medicine

- The strains of this medicine are: Arsenicum album 6 DH, Belladonna 3 DH, Chamomilla vulgaris 9 DH, China rubra 3 DH, Colocynthis 4 DH, Ipeca 4 DH, Mercurius corrosivus 6 DH, and Nux vomica 4 DH.

- The other components are: lactose, mannitol, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.

Use:
