Brushed twice a day, Sensodyne Rapide provides long-lasting protection for sensitive teeth and helps strengthen enamel. Teeth become sensitive when the dentin underneath the enamel is exposed, exposing the microscopic channels that lead to the nerve. When the dentin comes into contact with hot or cold, acidic or sweet foods or even a toothbrush, the nerve can be stimulated causing a short, sharp pain.
Recommended by dentists, Sensodyne Quick Toothpaste forms a natural mineral barrier on the surface of the dentin and in the small canals. Sensitive teeth are thus permanently protected from the causes of tooth sensitivity such as gum retraction often caused by vigorous brushing, enamel erosion caused by carbonated, sugary or acidic drinks and enamel wear.
Directions for use:
Brush teeth with Sensodyne Quick Toothpaste twice daily. For quick relief, use Sensodyne Quick Topical: after putting a small amount of toothpaste on your finger, gently massage the base of the sensitive tooth for 1 minute.
For oral use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use for children 15 years of age or younger without the advice of a dentist or health care professional. Sensitive teeth may indicate an underlying problem that requires dental care. If symptoms persist, consult your dentist. Store at a temperature below 30°C.
