Precaution for use FreeStyle Optium Blood Glucose Test Strips
Use the dosing electrode immediately after opening the foil pouch.
Store the electrodes at temperatures between 4°C and 30°C. Storage outside this range may produce erroneous results.
Use each dosing electrode only once and then discard it.
Do not use expired dosing electrodes.
Do not use wet, bent, scratched or damaged dosing electrodes.
Do not use the dosing electrode if the foil pouch is punctured or torn.
Store away from heat and direct sunlight.
