Usage:

• Cold : Freeze the sleeve for at least 2 hours
• Hot : Microwave the mask for the time and temperature indicated.

Maintenance:

• Mask application should not exceed 20 minutes.
• Wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying.
• If necessary, reapply the mask for 20 minutes.
