Description:

Silistab Epi can therefore be worn in sport as well as in daily and professional life, as a preventive or curative measure.

The Silistab Epi elbow support has an anatomical knitting adapted to the different areas of the elbow and arm (elbow fold, forearm) to ensure optimal comfort. It has earpieces of setting in place which make it possible to slip it on in a turn of hand

Indications :

Features:

  • Removable strap on the forearm to adjust the pressure

Modes of action:

  • Exerts a local pressure on the epicondyles and the radical muscles
  • Exerts a circular contention of the soft parts of the elbow
  • Reduces pain
  • Changes the direction of traction and load of the tendons and their insertions

Fitting:

  • Put on the elbow support
  • Position the elbow brace correctly on the arm with the blue soft knit area in the crook of the elbow and with the blue ears facing up.
  • Position the lateral bone ends of the elbow into the holes of the silicone inserts. The silicone inserts should rest on the sides of the forearm.
  • To adjust the compression, add the additional strap if necessary by placing the two wider areas on the silicone inserts at the forearm (photo A).
  • Do not overtighten the strap in order to avoid blood circulation problems.

Contraindication:

  • Do not place Silistab Epi directly in contact with injured skin

Maintenance:

  • Hand wash with a mild detergent
  • Wring out with pressure
  • To make dry away from the sources of heat
