The use of the Rhino Horn is recommended by many ENT doctors and indicated in case of colds, sinusitis, pollen and dust allergy. It can also be used by pregnant women, in case of snoring problems or after nose surgery on medical advice.
The method consists of filling the Rhino Horn with warm water and salt to clean the nasal cavity and reduce congestion. This helps to restore comfort to the airways. Directions for use:
Pour a dose (the equivalent of a level teaspoon) of natural salt without additives. Fill the Rhino Horn with warm water (about 37°C) and stir lightly to dissolve the salt. Place the mouthpiece against the least blocked nostril to avoid any leakage
Breathe normally through the mouth and lean forward slightly over a sink. Turn your head to the side while keeping your chin tucked in. Water flows through one nostril and out the other. When half the water has drained, remove the Rhino Horn and straighten your head
Block one nostril and then the other and blow gently to evacuate the remaining water. Repeat on the second nostril. After washing, ensure that no water remains in the nose and sinuses. Empty and rinse the Rhino Horn and let it air dry. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or ask your pharmacist for advice.
