Apply a small amount of gel to the targeted areas (back, shoulders, knees, elbows...) and massage until the product is completely absorbed. Adapt the quantity of product applied and the frequency of use to the intensity of the desired heating effect, respecting a maximum of 3 applications per day. Wash hands immediately after use.
