Dosage :
In most cases, 1 ovule preferably in the evening at bedtime, as a single administration.
In some cases, your doctor may prescribe 1 ovule in the evening and 1 ovule the next morning.

Mode and route of administration
Vaginal.
Insert the egg deep into the vagina, preferably in a lying position. The easiest way to do this is to lie on your back with your knees bent and spread apart.
Practical advice:
The active substance is:
Econazole nitrate: 150 mg for 1 ovule.
The other components are: Galactomannan, colloidal anhydrous silica, solid hemisynthetic glycerides, stearyl heptanoate.
Do not use Gynopura Gé LP 150 mg in the following cases:
- allergy to one of the components of the product (see composition) or to a related substance (belonging to the imidazole group);
- use with a latex diaphragm.
Take special precautions with Gynopura Gé LP 150 mg:
Local treatment of mycosis is only one part of the overall treatment. To avoid relapses, it is essential that your doctor looks for factors that may contribute to a relapse.
Do not use soap with an acidic pH for local hygiene, as acidity encourages the proliferation of fungi (see practical advice in the section: "How to use Gynopura Gé LP 150 mg").
This treatment may cause local burning and increased itching. These phenomena usually subside spontaneously with continued treatment.
If the symptoms persist for more than 24 to 48 hours, consult your doctor
Pregnancy and lactation
This medicine should only be used during pregnancy on the advice of your doctor. If you discover that you are pregnant during treatment, consult your doctor, as only he or she can decide whether it is necessary to continue the treatment.
Breast-feeding is possible in the event of treatment with this medicine.
In general, it is advisable, during pregnancy or breast-feeding, to always tell your doctor or pharmacist before using any medicine
Taking or using other medicines
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription.
