Description UPSA Phytonormyl Sommeil 30 Tablets
UPSA Phytonormyl Sommeil 30 Tablets is a dietary supplement based on melatonin and extracts of lemon balm and ashwagandha. Its triple-layer, controlled-release tablet contains :
- fast-release melatonin (from 5 minutes) to help you fall asleep. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime;
- lemon balm, which helps you fall asleep, helps maintain quality sleep and contributes to optimal relaxation;
- ashwagandha, with sustained release for up to 8 hours. Also known as Indian ginseng, this Indian ayurvedic herb has been used for thousands of years. It helps you fall asleep, contributes to your resistance to stress and helps maintain your cognitive and physical capacities.
Non-addictive and non-addictive.
Directions for use UPSA Phytonormyl Sommeil 30 Tablets
1 tablet a day, to be swallowed with a glass of water before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Limit melatonin to occasional use.
