IPRAD ChronoDorm Melatonin 1 mg 30 Sublingual Tablets is a melatonin-based dietary supplement to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, or to alleviate the effects of jet lag when traveling.

Each tablet contains 1 mg melatonin.

Non-addictive and non-addictive.

Directions for use IPRAD ChronoDorm Melatonin 1 mg 30 Sublingual Tablets

Melt 1 tablet under the tongue half an hour before bedtime.

Always take the tablet at the same time.

To be taken over a 15-day period or as needed. Repeat if necessary.

For travellers wishing to reduce the effects of jet lag: melt 1 tablet under the tongue half an hour before bedtime the night before departure.

Take 1 tablet again, melting under the tongue half an hour before going to bed the next day and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Do not swallow a tablet with water. Leave to melt under the tongue.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Do not drive or operate machinery for four to five hours after taking melatonin.
