Instructions for use Forté Pharma Magnésium 300 Marin 56 Tablets

Take 1 tablet a day with a full glass of water (200 ml), preferably in the morning with a meal.

A 2-month program is recommended. Repeat if necessary.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
