One of the main causes of these involuntary contractions is an imbalance of trace elements, vitamins and minerals in our body.
Potassium, a major mineral element, contributes in a decisive way to neuromuscular functioning.
It intervenes in particular, on the level of the membranes of the muscular cells, in the processes of muscular contraction and decontraction.
Magnesium is essential to the good muscular operation.
Selenium and copper are natural antioxydants which make it possible to protect the cells against the oxidative stress.
The vitamins of the group B come to supplement the formula for an optimal effectiveness.

Oral way: 2 compressed per day with water glass, preferably apart from the meals.
As of the appearance of the muscular contraction: to take 2 compressed per day until obtaining the desired effect.

In anticipation of prolonged and/or sustained muscular efforts: to take 2 compressed per day in 15 days cure.
