The ThermCool&Hot Multizone Marble Pouch can be used hot or cold. To heat in the microwave (1200W), make sure it's at room temperature, heat it flat for 35 seconds, then check the heat and knead it to distribute the heat. If necessary, add a further 5 seconds, but do not exceed 45 seconds. To heat in a bain-marie, immerse in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on initial temperature, then test before application. To use cold, place in the freezer for at least 2 hours and test temperature before use. Always apply the pouch to the painful area, checking for comfort, and store it at room temperature or in the freezer for future use.
