Forlax 10g - Powder 20 Sachets

Description:

- Forlax increases the amount of water present in faeces, helping to resolve constipation problems linked to slow intestinal transit.

- Forlax can be used in adults and children aged 8 and over to manage constipation.

Dosage:

Take 1 to 2 sachets of Forlax 10g per day, preferably in the morning as a single dose.

Place contents of sachet in a glass of water before use. The laxative action of Forlax generally appears within 24 to 48 hours.

In children, treatment with Forlax sachets should not exceed 3 months.

Taking anti-constipation medication must be accompanied by lifestyle changes, such as increasing the amount of water drunk during the day (at least 1.5 liters), increasing the proportion of green vegetables, fruit and wholegrain cereals in the diet, and getting more exercise (sport, walking) to improve intestinal peristalsis. It is also necessary to re-educate the exoneration reflex, notably by having a bowel movement at the same time every day, and by raising the knees to encourage defecation.
