Recommendations for use GaviDigest Constipation 60 capsules

Adults aged 18 and over: depending on the severity of symptoms, take 1 or 2 capsules twice a day, in the morning before breakfast and in the evening before dinner.

Use for at least 2 weeks.

Treatment can be continued on medical advice if necessary.

Swallow capsule(s) with a glass of water.

Ingredients :

One capsule contains: 250 mg chia seed powder, 175 mg pea protein, 100 mg polysaccharide extracted from tamarind seeds (xyloglucan).

Excipients: magnesium stearate (vegetable origin) and silicon dioxide.

Capsule composition: hypromeliose, titanium dioxide.
