The excipients present in the formula of Green Betadine are mint flavor, sodium saccharin, sodium hydroxide and purified water.
HOW TO USE GREEN BETADINE MOUTHWASH?
Dilute 1 to 2 teaspoons of Green Betadine in a glass of warm water and make a mouthwash. This operation can be repeated up to 4 times a day and will be preceded by brushing the teeth.
The recommended treatment period is 5 days. If the symptoms persist, consult a doctor or a dentist.
Green Betadine mouthwash should not be used at the same time as another antiseptic mouthwash.
After opening, the bottle of Green Betadine can be stored for 6 months.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Prolonged use of this antiseptic mouthwash can lead to an imbalance of the bacterial flora naturally present in the mouth with a risk of developing oral mycosis.
The use of Betadine Green Mouthwash from the second trimester of pregnancy is not recommended because of the presence of iodine in the formula. For the same reason, its use should be avoided during breastfeeding.
Prolonged treatment may result in the passage of iodine into the bloodstream and thus a disturbance of the thyroid gland.
The mint aroma contains terpene derivatives: seek medical advice if you have a history of epilepsy or convulsions.
Do not use Green Betadine if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, especially iodine.
