DOSAGE OF FONCITRIL 4000
You can take 3 to 4 sachets of Foncitril per day as an initial treatment and 1 to 2 sachets per day as a maintenance treatment
The sachet should be dissolved in a large glass of water and taken after meals.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USING FONCITRIL 4000
Foncitril is contraindicated in the event of a history of allergies to one of the constituents or alkalosis (insufficient acidity of the blood)
Be careful, taking this medicine requires medical supervision, and your urinary pH must be checked regularly. You should drink plenty of fluids during your treatment. Alkalization of the urine can be achieved by a diet low in protein and rich in vegetables with an alkaline residue, especially citrus fruits
Foncitril is not recommended for people with fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase/isomaltase deficiency. As this medicine contains 5.1g of sucrose per sachet, which should be taken into account in the daily ration in case of low sugar diet or diabetes
This medicine contains 200mg of sodium per sachet, this amount should be taken into account in patients controlling their dietary sodium intake.
As this medicine contains 293mg of potassium per sachet, this should be taken into account in patients with renal insufficiency or in patients controlling their dietary intake of potassium.
