On average, for children from 1 to 6 years, 2 sachets per day in a single dose are recommended. For infants from 0 to 12 months, 1 sachet per day.
Importal sachets are intended to be dissolved in a drink or mixed with food.
If diarrhoea occurs, it is necessary to reduce the dosage
The duration of treatment, in turn, may vary depending on the symptomatology
Contraindications :
Importal Young Children 2.5 g should not be used in the following cases: certain diseases of the intestine and colon such as rectocolitis, Crohn's disease or intestinal obstruction, in case of abdominal pain, galactosemia, pre-existing hydro-electrolytic disorder, in breast-fed infants and in young children with fructose intolerance.
In the case of constipation, prolonged use (more than 8 days) should not be initiated without medical advice.
If constipation is accompanied by fever, pain or swelling of the abdomen, medical advice should be sought. The same applies to unexplained recent constipation.
Importal Young Children 2.5g is not recommended for use in individuals with fructose intolerance, galactose intolerance, galactosemia or glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome

The use of this medicine is not recommended during pregnancy
