Lergypax by Lehning is a non-prescription homeopathic medicine in the form of an orodispersible tablet used as an adjunctive treatment for certain allergic symptoms:

LERGYPAX: DOSAGE AND PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Lergypax is reserved for adults and children over 30 months.
The usual dosage for preventive treatment consists of taking 2 tablets twice a day, the month before and during the entire seasonal allergy period.
In case of crisis, take 2 tablets 5 times a day for 3 days, then 2 tablets 3 times a day for 8 days, then 2 tablets twice a day for the entire period of exposure.
Let the tablet melt under the tongue, away from meals.
In children between 30 months and 6 years of age, dissolve the tablet in a little water before administration, due to the risk of a false route.
