Never take SPORTENINE®, chewable tablet:
In children under 6 years of age because of the risk of a misdirection due to the pharmaceutical form
If you are allergic to the active substances or to any of the other components contained in this medicine, mentioned in section 6.
Warnings and precautions :
If your doctor has informed you of an intolerance to certain sugars, contact him/her before taking this medicine.
This medicine contains 1.6 g of glucose per tablet which should be taken into account in the daily diet in case of low sugar diet or diabetes.
The use of this medication is not recommended in patients with glucose and galactose malabsorption syndrome.
This drug should not be used in patients with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose/galactose malabsorption syndrome (rare hereditary diseases).

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or may take any other medicines.
SPORTENINE® chewable tablet with food and drink:
Take tablets with meals.
Pregnancy and Nursing :
Due to the dilution levels of the strains in SPORTENINE® Chewable Tablets, this medication may be taken during pregnancy and lactation.
SPORTENINE®, chewable tablet contains glucose and lactose.

Always take this medicine exactly as instructed in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
SPORTENINE®, chewable tablet is all the more effective if you take it with a healthy lifestyle and preventive measures. Thus, warming up before and stretching after your training sessions contribute to a better preparation and recovery.
Posology
- Before the muscular effort: 1 tablet to be crunched the day before or just before the test.
- During the muscular effort: 1 tablet to be crunched every hour.
- After the muscular effort: 1 tablet to crunch, to renew every hour until improvement.
Do not exceed 10 tablets per day.
Mode of administration
Oral way.
Duration of treatment
The duration of treatment is 3 days maximum.
If you have taken more SPORTENINE® , chewable tablet than you should have :
Consult your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
If you forget to take SPORTENINE® , chewable tablet :
Do not take a double dose to make up for the one you forgot to take.

Keep this medicine out of sight and reach of children.
Do not use this medication after the expiration date indicated on the package.
There are no special storage precautions.
