The Laboratory of the GRANIONS® proposes a complete formula, to help with the good muscular operation. Most of the time, the painful and brutal contractions occur at rest, or following a physical exercise. One of the main causes of these involuntary contractions is an imbalance of trace elements, vitamins and minerals in our body.
Potassium, a major mineral element, contributes in a decisive way to neuromuscular functioning. It is particularly involved in the muscle cell membranes, in the processes of muscle contraction and relaxation.
Magnesium is essential for proper muscle function.
Selenium and copper are natural anti-oxidants that help protect cells against oxidative stress.
The vitamins of the group B come to supplement the formula for an optimal effectiveness.

Directions for use:
Oral: 2 ampoules per day in a single dose, diluted in a large glass of water, preferably outside of meals. As soon as the muscle contraction appears: take 2 phials per day until the desired effect is obtained.In anticipation of prolonged and/or sustained muscular efforts: take 2 phials per day in a 15-day course of treatment.
Precautions for use:

Preservation:
