Description: HYALEXO EXPANSCIENCE is a hyaluronic acid-based medical device indicated for the relief of pain in patients suffering fromosteoarthritis or degenerative joint diseases resulting in an alteration of the functional properties of synovial fluid.

Indications: STRUCTUM is used in adults (over 15 years of age) for the treatment of pain and functional discomfort in osteoarthritis of the knee and hip. This drug has a slow onset of action, delayed by about 2 months, and its effect may persist after treatment has been stopped.

Arthrum HCS 40mg/2ml is indicated for all types of painful synovial joint arthritis, particularly gonarthrosis.

Sinovial® HL is indicated for pain or reduced mobility due to degenerative diseases (osteoarthritis), post-traumatic diseases or tendinopathy linked to joint alterations.

COXARTHRUM is indicated to reduce pain and restore joint mobility by replacing and supplementing the elasto-viscosity of the synovial fluid of the arthritic joint.

COXARTHRUM exerts its therapeutic effect by viscosupplementation, a process by which the physiological and rheological properties of the synovial fluid of the arthritic hip are improved.

COXARTHRUM is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of coxarthrosis by intra-articular injection. COXARTHRUM must be administered only intra-articularly under radio-guidance or by ultrasound and this by a specialist doctor, to relieve the pain associated with osteoarthritis of the hip.

Symptomatic treatment ofosteoarthritis.

Arthrum H viscoelastic devices are recommended to maintain the endo-articular space, reduce pain and restore joint mobility by replacing and supplementing the elastoviscosity of the pathological synovial fluid in osteoarthritic joints.

SYNOVIUM HCS viscoelastic devices are indicated for the symptomatic treatment of gonarthrosis, in particular to reduce pain and restore joint mobility by replacing and supplementing the elasto-viscosity of the synovial fluid in arthritic joints.

The therapeutic indications are all types of painful gonarthrosis:

- Primary gonarthrosis (Kelgreen radiological stages I, II and III)

- Gonarthrosis and associated general factors:

- Ineffectiveness of usual treatments.

- Intolerance and/or contraindication to NSAIDs and/or analgesics.

- Taking anticoagulants, poly-medication (hypertension, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal problems).

- Contraindications related to the fitting of a prosthesis: young patients and various contraindications related to the patient's condition.

- Early gonarthrosis in young patients.

- Gonarthrosis secondary to trauma and the aftermath of articular fractures.
