Flector tissugel 10 plasters 10cmx14cm is indicated for the Symptomatic treatment of painful flare-ups of osteoarthritis of the knee (medical advice should be sought). Symptomatic treatment of pain of tendino-ligamentary origin. Symptomatic treatment of minor trauma: sprains, contusions.
Flector Tissugel is a medication in plaster form indicated for the treatment of minor sprains and contusions, knee osteoarthritis and tendinoligament pain.
Directions for use Flector tissugel 10 plasters 10cmx14cm
For cutaneous use only.
Dosage Adults:
- Treatment of painful flare-ups of osteoarthritis of the knee: 1 application morning and evening.
- Treatment of tendino-ligamentary pain: 1 application morning and evening.
- Treatment of sprains and contusions: 1 application per day
Duration of administration FLECTORTISSUGELEP should be used for the shortest possible time, depending on the indication:
- Treatment of painful flare-ups in osteoarthritis of the knee: 7 days, to be continued if necessary, with a maximum of 14 days' treatment.
- Treatment of tendino-ligamentary pain: 7 days. If pain persists after 7 days, a doctor should be consulted to assess the need for further treatment.
- Treatment of sprains and contusions: 3 days, up to a maximum of 7 days if necessary. If there is no improvement after 3 days of treatment, medical advice should be sought.
If there is no improvement within the recommended treatment period, medical advice should be sought.
Cut the envelope containing FLECTORTISSUGELEP where indicated. Remove FLECTORTISSUGELEP, peel off the plastic film protecting the adhesive surface and apply FLECTORTISSUGELEP to the painful area or joint. If necessary, FLECTORTISSUGELEP can be held in place by a tubular elastic net supplied in the package. Close the envelope carefully with the zipper. FLECTORTISSUGELEP must be used intact.
Precautions for use Flector tissugel 10 plasters 10cmx14cm
This medicine is contraindicated in the following cases:
- Hypersensitivity to diclofenac, acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), or to any of the excipients of this product.
- Injured skin, whatever the lesion: oozing dermatitis, eczema, infected lesions, burns or wounds.
- Patients with active peptic ulcers.
- From the beginning of the 6th month of pregnancy (see Pregnancy and breast-feeding).

medicated plaster (white to pale yellow gel spread evenly over a non-woven backing with embossed brand name): diclofenac epolamine, i.e. sodium diclofenac (1% w/w) 1g/100g, qsp 1 medicated plaster.
