Pharmacotherapeutic class
This drug is a venotonic (it increases the tone of the veins) and a vasculoprotector (it increases the resistance of small blood vessels).
Therapeutic indications
It is recommended in the treatment of venous circulation disorders and in the treatment of functional signs related to hemorrhoidal crisis.

Hemorrhoidal crisis:
If hemorrhoidal disorders do not subside within 15 days, it is essential to consult your doctor.
Disorders of the venous circulation:
This treatment has all its effectiveness when it is associated with a good hygiene of life.
-Avoid exposure to the sun, heat, prolonged standing and excess weight.
-Walking and possibly wearing adapted support stockings help blood circulation.

3. HOW TO TAKE MYLAN PHARMA PURIFIED FLAVONOIC ACID 500 mg, film-coated tablet
Instructions for proper use

Dosage, Method and/or route(s) of administration, Frequency of administration and Duration of treatment
Dosage: Venous insufficiency 2 tablets per day, i.e. 1 tablet at noon and 1 tablet in the evening.
In hemorrhoidal crisis: the dosage is 6 tablets per day the first 4 days, then 4 tablets per day the following 3 days.
Mode of administration
Oral way.
Swallow the tablets without chewing them with water, at mealtime.
In all cases, follow your doctor's prescription or your pharmacist's recommendations.

A few cases of trivial digestive disorders and neurovegetative disorders (sensations of discomfort) have been described, which do not require discontinuation of treatment.
5. HOW TO USE MYLAN PHARMA PURIFIED FLAVONOIC ACID 500 mg, film-coated tablet
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Expiration date
Do not use MYLAN PHARMA PURIFIED FLAVONOIC ACID 500 mg, film-coated tablet after the expiration date stated on the box or blister. The expiration date refers to the last day of that month.

This medicine takes the form of a pink-orange, oblong, film-coated tablet with a break-off bar on one side.
The break bar is there only to facilitate the taking of the tablet, it does not divide it into equal doses.
