Ingredients:
Preservative: Polyquad (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% w/v
Aminomethylpropanol, boric acid, guar-hydroxypropyl, polyethylene glycol 400, potassium chloride, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium chloride, sorbitol
May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.
Directions for use:
Shake the bottle well and instill 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye or both eyes as needed.
Precautions for use:
Do not use the product if the break-in indicator is damaged or missing at the time of purchase.
Do not use this product if its color has changed, if it is cloudy or if you are sensitive to any of its ingredients.
Make sure the dropper does not touch anything to avoid contamination.
Replace the cap after use.
Stop using the product and consult a doctor if you experience eye pain, vision changes, or persistent redness or irritation in one or both eyes, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours.
