Composition of the medicine ONCTOSE HYDROCORTISONE

Hydrocortisone acetate 0,25 g
Mefenidramium methylsulphate 2 g
Lidocaine hydrochloride 1 g
Active ingredients: Hydrocortisone acetate, Lidocaine hydrochloride, Mefenidramium methylsulfate
Excipients: Cetomacrogol 1000, Cetomacrogol 1000 non-ionic emulsifiable wax, Diethylene glycol stearate, Purified water, Propylene glycol

Contraindications of the medication ONCTOSE HYDROCORTISONE

This drug should not be used in the following cases:

- allergy to local anesthetics,

- untreated infection and parasitosis of the skin (this medicine has no anti-infective effect)

- oozing lesion,

-ulcerated lesion,

- acne and .

Warning

Do not use this cream on children under the age of 3 without medical advice.

Follow carefully the recommendations of your pharmacist and do not use this cream for a long time or repeatedly without the advice of your doctor.

Avoid exposing treated areas to the sun or ultraviolet rays: risk of skin reaction.

Fertility, pregnancy and breastfeeding

This medicine can be used during pregnancy. In case of breastfeeding, avoid application on the nipple.

Directions for use and dosage of ONCTOSE HYDROCORTISONE

Spread the cream on the lesions and massage it in gently.

Usual dosage :

2 or 3 applications per day.

Given the limited indications of this product, the duration of treatment should not exceed 3 days.

Advice

Remember to wash your hands after application.

cortisone is a safe and effective medication when used appropriately. This over-the-counter medication should not be used to treat skin lesions other than those listed in the INDICATIONS section.

Possible side effects of ONCTOSE HYDROCORTISONE

Allergy skin.

Photosensitization.

With prolonged use:

- atrophy with microhemorrhaging of the skin (purpura), dilation of small vessels, stretch marks

- abnormal hair growth, dryness, brittleness and irregular discoloration of the skin;

- redness around the mouth, appearance of rosacea
